I teach yoga for real life — for the messy, overwhelming, beautifully human experience. My classes and offerings are rooted in truth, not perfection. They’re built for folks navigating trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, or just feeling burnt out and done pretending everything’s fine.

I won’t promise quick fixes or spiritual bypassing. What I will offer is space: to move, feel, fall apart, and rebuild—again and again, if you need to.

Think of it like a phoenix rising — not in a pretty, dramatic movie scene kind of way, but in the gritty, raw, powerful way that only comes from standing in your own fire and choosing to rise anyway.
